Industry Analyst - Telecoms

eCRM Euro are looking for INDUSTRY ANALYST who will be responsible for the following:

The in-depth analysis of the professional services industry trends, including identifying market opportunities and risks. Preparation of market analysis reports in order to support company strategic planning.
Preparation of competitive analysis reports and development of solutions strategies for my client in the professional services field. Preparation of competitive analysis reports for, marketing, solutions, organization and process planning. Drive the professional services strategy and solution planning within the client.
Understand and consolidate top tier operators' key professional service requirements, provide strategic insights and special contributions to the professional solution planning, drive the implementation of service solutions with target customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Telecommunication consultancy work experience in well-known client is an advantage.
OandM experience in Tier 1 operators is an advantage.
At least 8 years experience in telecommunication professional service industry, strategic insight to market and service trends and the professional services field.
Rich knowledge and understanding of telecommunication professional services, especially in eTOM and ITIL. Deep understanding of professional services in fields such as Managed Service/Network consulting/System Integration etc., familiarity with operators' network, service and operation and maintenance systems.
