Industrialization Project Manager

For one of our client, which is an International organization company based in Geneva, we are looking for an INDUSTRIALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER

Temporary contract: July 2014 to July 2015

Salary: negociable

You role:

- You would build and manage the industrialization service
- You would have to coordinate internal teams on these subjects and facilitate the transformation
- You would interact with head of units (infrastructure, applications and operations) and their head of sector especially those in charge of level 2 and 3 service
- You would participate to the recruitment and organization of the offshore teams/support the recruitment process
- You would be responsible of internals teams and you would be able to provide them solutions
- You would coach the level 2 and level 3 support managers during the transformation in English and French daily

Profile:

- Must have strong experience of level 2 and 3 support management in order to be able to share practices and help to define priorities and to implement the day-to-day management routines and the continuous improvement loop
- Be able to manage the offshore team during the beginning
- Be fluent in French and English (written and spoken) is a requirement
