Location: Venlo

Duration: 3 months+

Position's main tasks:
- the industrialization manager transfers the specifications to the assembly line via Manufacuring & Logistics Venlo. The assembly line manager is stakeholder in a secured acquisition of parts and manufacturing process.
- transferred specifications cover the acquisition of parts and the assembly process, and also packaging, transport and delivery of the product.

By:
- preparation of approval of parts and progress meetings. Taking initiatives for progress
- managing the modification process
- propose and execute smart solutions for problems in collaboration with the stakeholders within R&D and Manufacturing.
- providing and analysing reports and identify and initiate opportunities for improvement

- influencing, convincing and decisive
- communicates easily internally (Mechanical Engineer, electrical engineers, assembly operators or process operators) and externally (suppliers)

- able to use a PLM system (like Teamcenter)
- able to use ERP (like SAP)
- experience with New Product Introduction
