IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Set-up planning of industrial activities for a product which is in a volume ramp up state
-Secure that the targets for test time, test costs and Yield are achieved
-Creation of the work breakdown structure and the project plans with tools, e.g. Microsoft Project and Open Workbench
-Cost and resources planning of the industrial activities
-Risk management and FMEA
-Regular management reporting of the project status
-Support of the project gate meetings and exception review meetings
-Execution of regular team meetings
-Follow the CMMI and BCaM processes
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Extensive experience as a technical project-leader
-Experience as a project-leader within the semiconductor industry (industrial or test development area beneficial)
-PMI-certification beneficial
-Motivated, self driven personality, communicative
-Capable to work in a multi-site-team
-Impeccable English skills, German skills desirable
