INDUSTRIAL PROCESS MANAGER
I am working on behalf of a well established research institute based in Belgium. They pride themselves on being highly skilled and innovative in the field of making manufacturing processes more efficient. They are looking for like minded individual to join there team on a part time basis to help steer the team.
- You send the project team to good results on time and within budget and scope
- You coach the project staff (internal and external)
- You are responsible for the quality of the technology projects. You send to a working result for the companies and for optimal user acceptance. You secures the knowledge.
- You involve different user groups at all stages of the design (user centered design). You tune your communications to the different backgrounds of the users in the company (operator, staff representative, IT specialist, management, ...).
- You carry out research note from your own expertise.
- You work on new project ideas and new proposals.
Profile: Passionate innovator with an understanding of industrial processes and information flow
- At least 10 years relevant work experience; For example, in process engineering, engineering method, data flow or logistics, preferably in a business of the manufacturing industry.
- A masterdiploma or PhD in a relevant field;
- Functional understanding through experience in business processes in an industrial environment. You know the organization of the production environment and detects the information flow. Affinity with company-related data handling software (CAD, PLM, WMS, MES and ERP software) is an asset.
- Special interest and/or experience with active stakeholder management;
- Experience in managing a project team.
He/she is:
- Passionate to bring innovation in the manufacturing industry and the Factory of the Future in particular;
- Fascinated by the use of new technology in the workplace, such as dynamic work instructions, robots, multimedia applications and virtual
- A born leader/coordinator;
- Communication and contact skills, empathic and respectful;
- Inquisitive and motivated to increase your own expertise and that of your team;
- Research minded.
NEEDS TO BE FLUENT IN DUTCH
The duration of the services required is a minimum of 11 months and can be extended to maximum 18 months, in the context of a part time job (average 50%), which never provide less than eight days per calendar month.
The start date will be provided at the earliest from the award of the contract and at the latest on FEBRUARY 1, 2017.
