Indirect Procurement Controller (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Savings Methodology and Tool design and Rollout
-Create Procurement savings methodology handbook and rollout the concepts globally in SIG (Finance and Procurement)
-Lead the implementation of Savings planning and tracking module in strategic procurement suite of tools - including user guides and training sessions
-Indirect Procurement 2019 budget process:
-Lead and coordinate the 2019 target setting and budgeting process for Indirect procurement categories and Savings initiatives
-Ensure inclusion of savings in Budgeted spend
-Support and upgrade Procurement controlling BI tools ( QlikView Technology) :
-Enhance Spend cube by improving mapping of data: Supplier - categories, Suppliers - Group Supplier
-Develop Payables and Payment terms tools
-Establish management reporting dashboards/Monthly summaries for effective running of the Procurement function

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound controlling experience, especially in the savings management
-Controlling experience in the procurement area is a definite plus
-Working with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel) is a must
-English fluent (German is a plus)
