- Liasing with Suppliers, to ensure that third parties fulfil their contractual obligations
- Coordination Groups of technical experts and IT Managers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science area
- More then 5 years exprience of delivering Incident and Problem management services
- First exprience in SAP Solution Manager or SAP ECC
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent English is a must
