Incident manager/Service Assurance Manager 6 months rolling Lugano Switzerland Italian speaker Incident manager Incident manager. My client is looking for an incident manager on a 6 month rolling contract.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

1. Understanding of Apparel and footwear industry
2. Experience working in direct to consumer space-any technology
3. Strong understanding of ITIL based support processes
4. Experience as incident manager, Service Assurance Manager
5. Hands on experience using ticketing tool, preferably ServiceNow
6. Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
