Incident Manager - Global, Pharma Company

Edelway is a Pan-European IT Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global, pharmaceutical company based in Basel is currently looking for experienced Incident Manager

THE ROLE:

Support of the (software) infrastructure stack of IT applications (mainly web applications) running in a virtualized environment. Monitor IT infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents.

YOUR PROFILE:

*6+ years of experience on different IT roles covering at least 3 technologies amongst OS, Application Sever, Database, Network, IAM (authentication)
*5+ Experience in large datacentre environment (300+ Servers)
*2+ Experience with Monitoring and Alerting tools
*Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat) and Windows (2008, 2012) operations
*Knowledge of the full stack of a web applications including connections (Web Service calls, JDBC calls)

NICE TO HAVE:

*Knowledge of Cloud environment (AWS)
*Knowledge of web application development
*Knowledge of automation tool (Puppet, CHEF)
