IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Resolve problems and provide excellent customer service to a user base ranging from IT experts to complete novices (about 7 000 users)
-Act as intermediate between users and system engineers
-Account for new installations both remote and on-site
-Manage and support internal systems
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience as Incident Manager/System Admin/2nd Level Staff could be an advantage
-Infrastructure knowledge is a must
-Fluency in English is mandatory
-Database knowledge (Oracle, mSQL skills) and Windows and Linux knowledge is a plus
-Experience as a developer could be beneficial
-Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
