Incident Management and Functional Application Specialist - 3 months rolling contract (12 Months project) - Amsterdam - Netherlands

The client:

A large consultancy (FTSE 500)

Your responsibility:

Actively monitor (data loading) processes
Incident management
Change configuration data and react to ad-hoc data/information requests and functional questions
Resolve incidents
Functional maintenance
Support the implementation of minor changes
Accept and advise on functional components delivered through projects
Defect monitoring

Essential skills required:

Strong incident management skills
ITIL certified
Functional management
Strong defect management skills
Strong experienced with stakeholders - internally and externally.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL and excel
Incident management

Desirable skills:

Data analysis with SQL
Functional testing
Knowledge of Asset & Liability Management and Treasury concepts
Experience with and knowledge of Basel III
Knowledge of financial instruments like Fixed Income, derivatives, etc

Rates: Up to €550/day for the right Incident Management and Functional Application Specialist with all skills and experience required.
