In the context of the Software Tooling Factory, we are recruiting an incident coordinator.
The Tooling Factory team is responsible for the availability of development, test and collaboration tools within the IT department.
Function Description
You will be responsible for the following duties:
° Follow-up on all incidents and requests reported on Tooling Factory applications
° Assure accurate and consistent classification of incidents and requests by assignment teams
° Coordination of incident resolution (follow-up planning and implementation with the responsible teams)
° Give regular feedback to affected users
° Provide clear reporting on status of incidents and defects
° Inform users on planned maintenance activities
° Analyze service tickets to find trends and opportunities for improvements
° Work on improvement plans to increase the quality of the platform
° Documenting the support process and informing the users

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience
Education
Master or equivalent by experience
Languages Requirement
Very good knowledge of English. French and/or Dutch is an important plus for interactions with clients, co-workers and external partners.
Experience
A few years of experience with issue/defect management within a large IT organization
Technical Experience
° Experience with issue/defect tracking tools (QC, JIRA)
° Good understanding of Agile / Scrum
Business Experience
Preferable
Experience in large IT organization
Soft skills
° Team player
° Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
° Quick learner
° Good Communication and Influencing skills
° Good analytical and synthesis skills
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
