Incident Co-Ordinator/Analyst- SC/DV Cleared- Buckinghamshire

ISO Incident Co-ordinator, Incident Analyst, Incident Manager- SC/DV Security Cleared. HP Service Desk OVSD required by our government, public sector client based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Home Counties, South East.

Due to the urgency of the assignment, SC or DV (Developed Vetting) Security clearance requiredThis is an exciting contract opportunity where the successful candidate will provide daily incident management and if required, major incident management in accordance with ITIL procedures. Looking for someone with a commitment/certification in service management best practice (as defined by ITIL BS15000)

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Managing helpdesk call queues

Working closely with 1st Line Helpdesk and Helpdesk Team Manager

Knowledge Management

Reporting on Major Incidents

Police call queues and maintaining major incident tracking

You will be well organised Process driven with a basic technical understanding (Microsoft) Experinced using HP Service Desk SMG, OVSD
