Inbound Telephony Advisor

* Previous customer service experience in essential.
* The knowledge and know how of explaining policies and procedures to a range of different people in an effective manner is a must.
* High level of numeracy and computer literacy are essential to this role.
* A confident and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to take on boards product and process knowledge and apply it quickly.
* Friendly, positive and polite when communicating with colleagues and customers.
* Has a genuine passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
* Ability to leave and effectively navigate multiple computer systems.
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent timekeeping, reliable and self motivated.
* The ability to remain resilient when dealing with unhappy customers.

You will be responsible for working as part of a large call centre team handling inbound customer service calls, duties involved:

* Taking inbound calls from customers.
* Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their everyday banking needs.
* Providing an efficient and friendly telephone baking service.
* Explaining complex information to customers in simple terms.
* Understanding customer requirements and establishing the facts around their current banking or savings needs.
* Working towards personal, call centre and customer service targets.
* Adhering to FSA requirements.
* Using Customer databases and ensuring all data is input accurately.
