This is a very traditional Inbound Customer Service role where your emphasis is on finding effective solutions whilst proving your genuine compassion and ability to listen. You will be receiving inbound calls from Solicitors, Mortgage Brokersit's collaborative, supportive and extremely welcoming. Their offices are state of the art, brand new and just simply remarkable! The company also encourages and boasts social clubs, continuous training and an initial buddy system that see you settling in with ease.
