Inbound Customer Service/Data Entry

UCFS, a national finance company located in Westlake, has been providing consumer financing throughout North America for over 30 years!

Due to continued growth, we currently have FULL AND PART TIME career opportunities available in our Data Entry/Instant Credit department. Prior call center, credit experience or a background in finance is a plus. However, ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

The position consists of processing of inbound calls, performing data entry and providing superior customer service as the first contact with our customers. Full training is provided.

NO sales or telemarketing involved.

Full-time Evening Hours:
CONSISTS OF WORKING (4) WEEK DAYS PLUS EVERY SATURDAY OR EVERY SUNDAY.

1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

PART TIME, EVENING Hours:

CONSISTS OF WORKING AT LEAST (2) OR MORE WEEK NIGHTS PLUS EVERY SATURDAY OR EVERY SUNDAY. BELOW ARE SUGGESTED SCHEDULES BUT OTHER SCHEDULES MAY BE AVAILABLE.

4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 a.m.

Required Skills:

- Superior Customer service/communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Professional work ethic
- BILINGUAL, FLUENT IN SPANISH IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Call center or credit experience is a plus, but not required

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D. REQUIRED.
