Our client is one of the world's leading organisations of independent assurance, tax and accountancy services. Client satisfaction is at the heart of their business, and their clients regularly voice strong appreciation of their services.

Due to the demanding work load of the collections team extra support is needed to ensure all clients are being provided with a first class service. The role is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling and you will be expected to constantly build rapport with internal team members and clients. Queries may also come through via email so you will also have to manage your own client database.

Duties Include:

-Take inbound calls from clients in order to address payments expected and set up payment plans to address any outstanding arrears.
-Make outbound calls to clients in arrears,
-To use the priority of options to ensure the case is resolved with the most suitable solution for the client and business.
-Deal with general queries.

You

-You will have proven call centre experience.
-You will have excellent communication and rapport building skills.
-You will be computer literate.

Ideally you will have experience of collections or retentions, however this is not an essential requirement.
