Projektbeschreibung

Our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to be based in Nottingham for a temp to potential perm assignment. You will work at least 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift between 7am - 7pm with occasional weekends work.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for the department, as well as assisting with the day-to-day support of the business. You will need to be a strong communicator and have an excellent telephone manor. You will log issues on the call logging software, first time fix where possible and assign calls/problems to the right department.

We are looking for a candidate that will be able to effectively gather information from the user and ask the right questions to resolve the issues. Please apply if you have either call centre or customer service experience.
