Additional Info: The vacancy is for the lead position within the ISTAR Force Availability Cell. The role of this team is to produce platform Fleet Plans and be the ISTAR Force Commanders delegated deciders' who make the day to day judgements (under direction of the guidance from senior personnel within DE&S and Air) to satisfy the platform fleet plans. The ISTAR Force Availability Cell is to optimise aircraft availability on behalf of the ISTAR Force Commander, Stn and DE again acting as the single source of truth. Within SC14 metrics are defined as the unit of account between the Requestor (Air Cmd) and Deliverer (DE&S). Data gathered by the Availability Cell is to provide a Force-wide view.

Development and implementation of joint DE&S and Air Cmd performance reporting metrics

EXPERIENCE OF MILITARY PROCESS MANAGEMENT WITHIN AN ENGINEERING AUTHORITY (PART OF A PROJECT TEAM WITHIN DE&S) AND EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ON A FRONT LINE RAF UNIT ESSENTIAL.
