Growing leader in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for someone like you to be a Team Lead of Statistical Programming with extensive SAS Programming and CDISC experience!

You will immediately get to provide direct project and team oversight, while given the chance to train, mentor, and develop other employees. This is a rare chance to join a company and start SAS and CDISC studies from day 1!

Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for managing the performance and development of a clinical programming team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
* Contribute to and implement a strategy for the structure and development of the programming team.
* Proactively participate in and/or lead process/quality improvement initiatives.
* Communicate with other operational to ensure transparency between all functions as well as any external support groups.
* Provide technical leadership and project management for technical aspects supporting clinical trial activities.
* Attend client meetings
