I currently have an urgent role for a Recruitment Partner - Resourcing Partner to manage the permanent recruitment. The recruitment team handles all permanent recruitment activity for the UK business. Overall recruitment volumes are several hundred a year and cover a broad range of roles from customer facing areas and sales through to specialist technical roles in central functions like Finance and Actuarial.

You will need to have the ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns, in a very fast paste environment, whilst adhering to the highest of standards.

There is the potential to work in a permanent role also if this is something you would be interested in.

£150-£200 per day

We need someone who is strong in

- In house/RPO experience and background. Strong experience in this area is essential,
- end to end process management such as doing the approvals,
- white collar large Matrix organisations, preferably Financial Services which would be a big bonus,
- dealt with a range of different types of roles at all levels,
- happy to be hands on (ie admin, manager support),
- application management system experience (pref Taleo),
- able to demonstrate working on volume of roles (circa 25 minimum) and working to KPI's ie time to hire, cost per hire, etc. Managing a range of vacancies and designing assessment methodology,
- strong relationship management and influencing skills, ability to demonstrate influencing hiring decisions

Desirable but not essential:

- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
- Some experience of recruitment in a regulated environment
