In-House Recruitment Consultant

A TOP FORTUNE 500 COMPANY based in THE CITY OF LONDON has an exciting new contract opportunity for an experienced TALENT SOURCER with a solid knowledge of RECRUITMENT PROCESSES, PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES. Within this role you will be supporting their business in sourcing high calibre passive candidates through using various strategies.

EXPERIENCE

- run demand planning and forecasting processes,
- Match requests for resource (either articulated through the demand plan or ad hoc) with resources who are available and propose these individuals for the role. Or confirm that that there is no available capacity
- manage the updating of data with a diverse stakeholder group
- manage meetings with a diverse stakeholder group on resource management ranging from updates to conflict resolutions
- manage the processes for dealing with resource conflicts
- develop and implement practices, processes and tools to fill gaps in the high level process model
- manage request for change

- able to cope with high volumes
- able to deal with ambiguity
- able to shape and embed activities
- good analytical skills
- good with excel
- good stakeholder management skills
