For our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking forRecruiters with IT & Finance experience
For a 6 month's assignment with potential extension
REQUIREMENTS:
- handle the Tech Portfolio (IT roles) and manage the whole recruitment process from a to z
- identify and hire the right candidates for our business
- make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
- work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
- administer all requests in Brassring
YOUR TEAM
You'll be based in Zurich as part of the Corporate Center Recruiting Team. You will also be part of a global team and able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're client focused and problem solvers for hiring managers, making recruiting easy to do business with and getting the right candidates at the right time for the right role.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
YOU HAVE:
- min. 3 years' experience in In-house recruiting (working with IT roles is preferred)
- preferably already gained experience within the financial services industry
- strong focus on applicant management
- ideally worked with Brassring before
YOU ARE:
- somebody who can work under pressure and deals well with high volumes (40+ requests at a time)
- passionate about human resources and dedicated to delivering a high level service
- an excellent communicator
- fluent in both German and English
