Fab opportunity for an internal recruiter/In-House Recruiter to join a leading telecommunications company in Berkshire. This is a new position working within the recruitment team carrying out the full end to end recruitment service. It is a 3 month rolling contract position to start ASAP ideally.

The Role:-

You will take responsibility for hiring the best possible talent for these functions to enable the achievement of the company plan.

You will own the overall recruitment life cycle for all levels of vacancies, provide recruitment expertise to the business through market knowledge and insight, and combine the most cost effective sourcing channels with the highest possible standards of service for candidates and hiring managers.

Working within a team of 10 who are responsible for Head Office, Contact Centre and Retail recruitment and will report to the Director of Recruitment.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across Operations and Technology departments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for all vacancies within these functions. This includes proactive sourcing, selection and offers for internal and external candidates.
Keep abreast of business issues, challenges and updates. Prioritise roles according to changing business demands.
Utilise market knowledge, insight and personal network to provide recommendations to the business and wider People & Property team.
Work in conjunction with aligned HR Business Partners to ensure a collaborative approach.
Focus on direct sourcing methods by proactively headhunting and approaching appropriate candidates directly. Continually look for innovative ways to source candidates in order to maximise the talent pool, reduce cost-per-hire and time-to-hire.
Brief recruitment communications agency on new vacancies to be advertised, approve advertisement copy in line with Brand guidelines and as part of a consistent Employer Branding message.
Take ownership for the relevant agency contacts for the preferred supplier list aligned to each business function.
Guide hiring managers on selection and assessment skills and provide formal training, informal coaching and feedback.

Must Have:
Previously worked in an in-house recruitment role looking after all levels of seniority in a fast-paced, large company with a strong brand.
Owning the full recruitment life cycle including writing interview questions and conducting structured interviews.
Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with senior business stakeholders.
Focused on sourcing candidates directly through a variety of methods - can demonstrate commitment to using the most cost effective methods of recruitment.
Demonstrable knowledge of legislation relating to best practice recruitment.
Experience of consulting, coaching and partnering with line managers.
Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
