For our client in Western Switzerland we are looking for an In-house Recruiter, fully responsible for the cantons VD/FR/NE/JU/VS.
The main responsibilities of the function are:
*Effective identification, acquisition and engagement of potential talent
*Service, advice and support for line managers throughout the recruitment process
*Monitoring and maintaining contact with applicants
*Regular exchanges with other HR departments as well as your direct superiors based in Zürich
Requirements:
*Experience in recruitment (agency side or in-house) or several years experience within a banking Front Office
*Banking skills are a strong asset
*Excellent negotiation skills, service-oriented, strong customer focus and ability to establish themselves as a partner to senior management
*Impeccable professional presentation, good resilience against changing workloads, flexibility and adaptability
*You are fluent in French and English and have good conversational skills in German
