0.1.2.Skilled in attracting and selecting candidates, ranging from post vacancies to running assessment and selection boards, managing internal customers and building successful relationships with candidates.
0.1.3.Experienced in hiring from junior to senior positions, ideally within an IT or technology sector.
0.1.4.Prior experience in interviewing and assessing, ideally within an international environment desirable. Familiarity with Taleo strongly desirable.

2.Duties/Roles
2.1.To deliver circa 60 individual IT and technical hires per annum for positions across Europe and North America
2.2.To be part of a team of technical Recruiters who in combination deliver 300 hires per annum, through an end to end attraction selection and on boarding process
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
