Quanta are a niche contract recruitment consultancy and due to continued growth are looking to recruit an In-House Recruiter (Contract) to join our busy team based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Quanta have a strong market presence in three specialist industry sectors; Life Sciences, Semiconductors and Energies.

The role of the internal recruiter entails the identification of suitable staff to join Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd as full time employees. Working in conjunction with the Leadership and Management team the In-House Recruiter will present candidates that have been pre-qualified against a specific job specification. In addition, where applicable, the provision of social cost and relocation information will be provided, together with assistance regarding the provision of travel and accommodation information. The In-House Recruiter may undertake work on one or more assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities, goals and tasks

The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for candidates and for working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.

Listed below are the duties and responsibilities to be undertaken:-
Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas
Managing candidate pipeline
Developing resourcing campaigns
Competitor identification and mapping
Managing relationships with third parties (R-2-R's; Retained Partners)
Organising recruitment events
Maintaining accurate and timely management information
Managing stakeholders expectations

The following essential experience is required to successfully undertake this role:
Proven background of working in a Recruiter role in a fast-paced corporate environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and flexible approach
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent tenacity skills and willingness to work outside core hours dealing with challenging candidates
Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding environment

The assignments will vary in their complexity but there are certain behavioural skills that the In-house Recruiter will need to demonstrate to successfully undertake this role.
