Due to exciting product launches we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to be based on-site to assist with the recruitment drive.

This is a 3 month contract initially with the possibility of extension or potentially a permanent opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support with all recruitment activity, advise and make recommendations to Hiring Manager's.
- Review CV's and video interviews.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Assist Hiring Manager's with on-site interviews.
- Ad hoc duties to improve the recruitment piece and time to hire.

KEY SKILLS

- Strong background in recruitment or HR experience with recruitment.
- Experience within the Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or equivalent industries.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
