In-Home CPE Engineer - Vendor Management

A leading ISP based in Belgium have an immediate requirement for an In-Home CPE Engineer. As the In-Home CPE Engineer you will act as the single point of contact interacting with CPE suppliers/Vendor management to resolve all CPE issues. The In-Home engineering team are responsible for the home gateway (customer premises equipment/CPE) which contains cable modems (Docis), Router and Wifi functionality. It would be highly desired for the In-Home CPE Engineer to have knowledge of DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification).

As you will be interacting with CPE suppliers/Vendor management, Fluent DUTCH and ENGLISH speaking is mandatory.

Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience interacting with the CPE suppliers/Vendor management, acting as single point of contact towards vendors
- 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of basic routing and switching concepts and protocols (the HGW embeds a small in-home Router)
- Dutch speaking mandatory, English mandatory

Desirable:
- Knowledge of DOCSIS
