IMS)/SIP/VOIP Test Engineers Job

Yoh has two (2) plus years (24 months) contract opportunity for an IP MULTIMEDIA CORE NETWORK SUBSYSTEM (IMS)/SIP/VOIP TEST ENGINEERS to join our Telecommunications client located in Austin, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Virtualized Testing Certification for all applications within the IMS CORE SERVICES which is SPECIFIC TO NETWORK SERVICES ACROSS MULTIPLE LINES OF BUSINESS.
- Analyze ISUP AND SIP CALL FLOWS to verify interoperability
- Monitors NETWORK STATISTICS TO INCLUDE SIP, ISUP AND MGCP CALL FLOWS, DIAMETER, ETC.
- Conduct special SIP CALL PROCESS TESTING
- Create Linux Shell to schedule testing and logging activities.
- Develop test plans and TEST CASES TO VALIDATE IPV4 FEATURES
- MAINTAIN DATA PROVISIONING OF SIP TEST ARCHITECTURES to include installation and setup of Oracle DB, Sonic Message Broker, OAM Element, and TTDAS local Database, Data Exchanger and Data Gateway Servers.
- PROVISION SIP NETWORK ELEMENTS to include Edge Proxy, Service Engines and Name Resolution Servers.
- WRITE SCRIPTS FOR QA AND REGRESSION TESTING of SIP Call Flows Methods to include verification responses for valid and invalid SIP Methods.
- Develop test strategies, test plans and test documentation to automate test scripts in a SIP testing environment
- Monitor Call Flows and message content for SIP methods across IMS network

Mandatory Job Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of IMS (IP MULTIMEDIA SUBSYSTEM) NETWORK ELEMENTS and solutions especially those involving HSS-FE, HSS-BE, I/S CSCF, SBG, SCC-AS, MM, MRS
- SIP SIGNALING/CALL FLOWS AND DIAMETER PROTOCOL
- Understanding of LINUX SERVER OS including network configuration (interface bonding and static route definition, IPv4, IPv6)
- Experience in test planning and test execution: acceptance, integration, functional, service, performance.
- Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol analysis applications such as Tektronix IRIS and WIRESHARK.
- VOIP AND CELLULAR TECHNOLOGIES: SIP,RTP, SDP, SS7-ISUP,
- DIAMETER PROTOCOL COMMANDS: SH, SP, SY, SD, GX, GXX, GY, GX AND RX
