Implementation specialist (Application Rollout)

Randstad Professionals in Zurich is actively looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their banking client in Zurich, Switzerland. The candidate will be working on a rollout of this client's application.

Tasks will include:

- Translate business requirements to specific functional specifications and coordinate software development
- Coordinate with TI team to ensure infrastructure is in place on time
- Support installation of hardware for UAT and Production
- Support UAT releases, deployment and installation
- Support UAT testing and maintenance of UAT Servers
- Coordinate issue resolutions and testing of fixes in UAT to ensure bug-free production implementation]
- Ensure UAT sign-offs are received on time from all stakeholders
- Prepare implementation plan for production release
- Support post production activities
- Support business in optimization of thresholds to improve productivity of cases.

Required skills:

- Expertise in Unix, Linux and Windows platforms
- Strong Web Server, Web Sphere and Application Server knowledge
- Strong Oracle and SQL knowledge
- Awareness and experience of Private Bank applications
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Document Management Systems and Case Management tools, etc
- Knowledge of P1/OS data model and application modules is a must, such as OS visibility, IOS etc.
- Mantas/Actimize (Case Manager) product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English is must
- Capability and maturity to interact with business and global counterparts is essential for this role
- Good analytic and data analysis capabilities is a must
- Ability to drive and manage a project from end-to-end combined with the attitude to learn new technologies is the key

Desired Skills:

- 5-6 years' experience in relevant field - finance/banking domain knowledge
- Adequate technical skills to debug technical/environmental issues
- Basic knowledge on ETL tools is desired
- Prior experience in deployment of APAMA product will be good
- Prior experience in implementing Swiss, UK and Jersey data privacy, data protection laws and Swiss Secrecy laws is an added advantage
