Implementation of an e-Learning Competency Centre Expert

Projektbeschreibung
Training is currently offered to staff members by Human resources (corporate training) and by the internal training team in EB Operations (local training). Corporate training already offer E-learning modules hosted in a Learning Management System (Oracle Taleo). The local training offer is mainly focusing on class-room training although other techniques than the traditional Powerpoint presentations are integrated (role plays, games, quizz, videos fragment that illustrate the content, exercises, screen manipulations ). We are looking to develop an E-learning competency centre for EB Operations.
YOUR PART:
- You will help us to define a clear project planning from strategy definition to implementation
- You will share your expertise in this domain, help us to define an E-learning strategy avoiding the most common errors and looking for a successful buy-in of future trainees
- You will help to define which types of eLearning to develop according to needs and how to build them in an efficient manner
- You will be in contact with various stakeholders: Trainers, internal clients, HR, Graphical designers
- You will help us to define the profiles that we need in-house to develop this E-learning c ompetency centre
- You will work in close collaboration with one of our team members that will be fully dedicated to this
- You should be available ASAP (start date expected before July 2014)
- You will have an assignment from 3 to 6 months
- The E-learning development tool used is Adobe Captivate 7 and the LMS is Oracle Taleo. Selection of alternatives to this platform will not be part of your mission
-You will be attached to the EB Operations Internal training team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong expertise in the E-learning domain
- Proven experience in setting up an E-learning competency centre
- Implementation experience in the Financial sector is a plus
- Expertise in Adobe captivate and in Learning Management System such as Taleo is a plus
- English speaking
- Very good presentation skills
- Good communicator
- Project management
- Team spirit
- Flexibility in travelling between Brussels and Braine l'Alleud
