For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Implementation Manager.
The Implemetation Manager is responsible for implementing closed TS deals as quickly as possible, with a project approach, in a transparent way for the customer and 'doing it first time right'. The objective is to optimize the customer's cash management process and to bring in revenues. Implementation Management deals with both Corporate and higher end Midcorporate customers.

Job description:
Responsible for the intake of the implementation order from TS Sales.
Establishes a project plan for the implementation that needs to be carried out.
Acts as project leader for TS implementations for corporate customers.
Sets up an implementation team (including Product Sales, Channel Implementation Manager, Product/Channel Management if required).
Composes the Charter (document outlining the project) and getting it approved by the customer.
Is the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer during the implementation project.
Is responsible for the implementation of all the deliverables in the Charter.
Is as such the internal coordinator for all parties , departments and branches involved all over the European Network.
Monitors the project; gives regular feedback to the customer by means of meetings and with Progress Reports.
Is responsible for informing, involving and handing-over the implemented cash management structure (products and systems) to Customer Support.

Your work environment:
You are based in Amsterdam and will be part of a global team of 25 IM-ers, based in Amsterdam, Brussels and Frankfurt. You will have to deal with corporate clients all over the world, from US to Asia to Europe.

Skills required:
Knowledge TS products and cash management structures
Experienced in having client facing contacts with treasurers and cash managers of corporate customers; commercial sense, good communication skills
Proven project management skills
Knowledge of ERP systems
Knowledge of or experience in the Ops/IT area
Knowledge of electronic banking systems and other channel solutions such as Telelink, FTP, IBP and SWIFT
