IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - ONBOARDING - LONDON - £520 PER DAY

This leading retail bank is in need of an experienced Implementation Manager to delivery a large, cross divisional programme managed from within Operations. It will drive benefits by increasing the scale of the operational area using best practices methods to drive efficiency gains

PURPOSE OF ROLE

- Lead direct & control the delivery of the project, ensuring delivery of business plan within cost, timescale and quality objectives, ensuring that the benefits in the business case are realised.
- Lead and contribute to business study and programme proposals, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence direction of programmes and projects to meet business goals. Typically up to and including Exec level.
- Ensure that the project & programme management processes methodologies optimise efficiency and meet business goals within agreed timescales and budget
- Work closely with the Accountable Exec to provide regular status reporting and solutions driven contingency plans
- Continuously evaluate programme and projects for financial and people risk and regulatory compliance and take appropriate steps to mitigate such risks
- Lead, motivate, develop and coach virtual team members to create a high performing project team
- Build and maintain external and internal networks for the purpose of identifying best practice and to build the profile of the Change Management Community

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE WORKED ON A REGULATORY OR HR - RETAIL BANKING CHANGE PROJECT.
