IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - FATCA - LONDON - £450

My client requires an Implementation Manager to join their FATCA programme based in London.

Candidates with FATCA experience will be considered for interview.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This role will be a support role within the Implementation and Readiness Workstream and responsibilities include:

- Managing the readiness tracking activities for each implementation event via SharePoint, working closely with the divisional stakeholders. This includes issuing reminders and requests for completion of the readiness events as well as extracting and presenting the readiness trackers in various governance forums
- Maintaining the event definition slides for each event and other key pieces of documentation that support the workstream
- Coordinate and support the pulling together of the Go No Go material for each event in addition to the material for the Implementation and Readiness Working Group (IRWG)
- Generate and issue the implementation communications and tracker
- Generate the implementation progress reporting and dashboard
- Possible support of Implementation Events, Schedule of Events and Incident Management support

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Previous experience working on business change programmes within the implementation and readiness teams (delivery phases)
- Tools - MSP 2007, Visio, MS Office Suite - including SharePoint
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience working on a FATCA programme

RATE: £450 per day
LOCATION: London
DURATION: 6 months
START: Mid November 2013
