Implementation Manager - English - Until end of 2016

Location: South of Brussels, Belgium

For our client, an international financial organization, we are looking for an Implementation Manager, to define and maintain the implementation project timeline.

You will be part of the Customer Implementation Team of our client.

Responsibilities:

- Act as central point for Customer Product Implementation projects
- Coordinate multiple projects in parallel on international level, in cooperation with the customers and support team
- Support the customers in implementation project tasks
- Communicate extensively with the customers and guide them through the business processing environments
- Ensure all administrative and technical requirements are fulfilled
- Follow implementation processes and respect SLA's
- Suggest process improvements

Profile:

- Fluent English is required.
- Proven experience as Project coordinator on (product) implementation projects
- Knowledge of API is a big asset
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Excellent command of Excel is mandatory
- Very organized, multitasking
- Analytical and result oriented mind-set
- Knowledge in card digitalization, transaction processing, implementation processes and/or online payment is an added value
