Core responsibilities include:
Liaise with Relationship Managers and customers at a senior level of large corporate businesses Collate and analyse customer account data
Engage with clients to complete KYC records
Liaise between KYC experts and customers to identify gaps, what is required & communicate back to the customer.
Liaise with and co-ordinate business operations teams, Customer Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Managers to successfully complete customer records
Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may affect the successful completion of the project
Essential Experience:
Financial Services Corporate Relationship Manager experience
Minimum 5 years banking operations experience
Good MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills, MS Outlook Skills
Experience working in larger organisations in high volume environments
