Implementation Manager

Electrical power generation client is currently seeking an Implementation Manager responsible for implementation activities associated with major projects at Oconee Nuclear Station in Seneca, SC. This is a 1 year CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates preferred but per diem will be available for qualified candidates. Must have or have had clearance for unescorted access into an operating nuclear facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide management oversight for project level implementation supervisors and teams working in a project team and project funded environment
- Monitor and maintain control of project scope to ensure cost and schedule goals are met
- Foster a safety culture throughout all project phases
- Provide resource direction, leadership and oversight for a diverse project portfolio requiring resource planning for a highly cyclical and diverse work load
- Provide support and leadership to meet site programmatic requirements for organizations such as PIP program requirements, self-assessments, job observations, training, etc

REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated ability to lead an organization toward a positive safety culture including a working knowledge of OSHA and Safe Work Practice standards
- 8+ years of Nuclear Power Plant craft supervisory / management experience
- Experience with integrating project implementation at an operating nuclear power plant
- Experience with Nuclear Power Plant Modification Design and Implementation activities
