Implementation Lead - Successfactors Project

EDT Global are working with an established client based in Sydney, NSW. They are leading SAP Partner and are currently looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager to join a large project implementation based in Sydney. 

You will take responsibility for customer requirements as well as lead and develop designs as well as configure and test SuccessFactors in accordance with the client customized requirements.

WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

- Project Management experience - 8-10 years in HCM area with 4-5 years in SF
- Minimum 5 SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience across a number of SuccessFactors module
- Mastery training in any/multiple SuccessFactors modules and an understanding of SF Platform
- MUST have exceptional communication skills

This is a high level position and one that will see you take a a great deal of responsibility on the project. 

You should also have at least one or more implementations in SuccessFactors and have hands on experience of at least one area within SuccessFactors ie Learning, Training or one of the other areas contained within SuccessFactors.
