Implementation Engineer (Windows Server)

Our client, in Zurich is currently looking for a Implementation Engineer with expertise in Windows Servers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This person is responsible for providing design assistance in creating solution that meets client requirements. This includes taking contractual requirements translating into a technical design for the implementation teams while focusing on integration, verification/validation, stability and supportability for all Managed Hosting Services. This position will also provide design assurance while ensuring that all internal processes are followed and that the customer's requirements are fully met by the implementation teams.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS equivalent
- 8+ years of experience supporting a 700+ Windows server environment
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting of: Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Remote Desktop Services, Group Policies, IIS, DFS/DFS-R
- Experience in Scripting technologies, PowerShell, VB.NET, C#, etc.
- VMware experience, ideally ESX 4.1 and 5.x is a plus
- Citrix experience a plus
- Must be a resident of Switzerland
- German is a must
