Implementation Engineer, Brussels
We are looking for an implementation engineer to work on a contract for an international mobile telecommunications operator based in Brussels, Belgium.
The organisation is a world-leading telecommunications solutions provider serving 35 of the world's top 50 telecom operators, their products and solutions are deployed in over 100 countries. Over 1 billion people globally are communicating using the organisations telecom products and solutions.
The role of the implementation engineer is to oversee the end to end management of deployment activities within the region and the following key responsibilities.
- Manage swap project operations by coordinating with the operations and maintenance centre.
- On-site technical support, investigating and troubleshooting various technical faults and issues.
- Pre and post works quality audits.
- Management of subcontractors and technical support teams.
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer that is able to display skills in the following areas
- Academic qualification in engineering or telecommunications
- Strong working experience in telecommunications and project management
- Contractor management skills
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
