OVERVIEW

Description

- Contribute to a team who act as single point of contact for implementation issues within a Defence Account.
- Candidate will need to undergo Security Clearance.
- The role is busy and pressurised and works on a slight shift pattern covering the hours 8.00 until 17.30 with occasional need to cover overseas implementations.
- operate a full on-boarding process and this role has a career path and the opportunity for further technical or management training.

Responsibilities

- Fielding telephone calls from the Support teams
- Evaluation and escalation of problems/issues
- Preparation of reports for the Team Leader and Management
- Monitoring progress on-site
- Team Quality
- Monitoring & action issues within the Management Tool In-boxes
- Report outstanding issues to SPOC where appropriate
- Ensure the interfacing work streams are fully informed of any issues that may impact them
- Process/dispatch sign-off documents
- Process/dispatch asset detail sheets when a project requirement
- Comply with team procedures and low level processes
- Attend and contribute in team meeting.
- Report to the management team on work in progress and any escalations/issues that may need their attention
- Update Share point Hot Tips where required
- Create build media where required
