Implementation Consultant (Banking Industry)
For one of our client based in Waterloo and active in the banking industry, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant:
Summary Overview
* Customer Implementation Services is a global team that works in partnership with the account team representatives and technology managers in the regional offices and is focused on providing superior technical and product support to customers before and during their processing implementations.
* While acting as the primary interface between the customer and the payment Technologies and Operations division during customer processing implementations, the team objectives are to add and maintain transaction processing business together with effective time-to-market and quality of the resulting customer operations.
* The job holder will define, negotiate, communicate and maintain the implementation project timeline and milestones in agreement with customers and intervening parties taking into account customer's constraints. Do you want to be a part of a customer facing team?

Role
* Be the Central Point of Contact regarding any testing requirements for Customer Implementation projects.
* Proactively coordinate up to 30 testing projects in parallel, in cooperation with the customers and the CIS implementation manager.
* Communicate extensively with customers, motivating customers and guiding them through testing processing
* Supervise and assist customers in implementation project test activity. Ensure all administrative and technical requirements are fulfilled.
* Follow implementation processes and respect SLAs - Suggest process improvements based on experience and help to implement the change if needed.
All About You
* Good command (oral and written) of English. Additional languages are an asset
* You have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Very well organized, can manage lot of activities in parallel
* Act with sense of urgency and focused on getting results and demonstrate proactive behavior
* Concerned with high quality
* Knowledge about payment industry business is an asset (transaction processing, implementation processes, internal organization)
