Implementation Analyst

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst for a 3 months + contract role in Durham, NC.

This job is US, NC Based with a travel requirement of up to 70%.

Skills for Implementation Analyst:

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: 

- A minimum of eight years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is comfortable working with clients at a business level to understand their current workflow to determine the impact of our application and document and communicate the resulting impact of the resulting changes.
- Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable and a team player
- Extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in an understandable manner
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Must be able to manage an entire implementation project independently with few outside resources and little oversight
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' implementation manager or analyst experience
- Must be able to travel up to 70%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Presentation and Training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong understanding of relevant healthcare industry knowledge within the business combined with technical expertise
