Are you an immediate Site Manager looking for your next project, working with an enviable national social housing contractor? The current project is working on external refurbishments on a high rise block of flats. It is essential that you have high rise experience and an understanding of all technical aspects, particularly within the social housing/decent homes environment.You will need your CSCS, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid certificates up to date and you must have access to your own transport.
