Are you an immediate Site Manager looking and available for a Monday (24th March) start?My client, who is a reputable nationwide Social Housing Main Contractor has had an opening for a Site Manager to join on a freelance basis for a period of 3 months. This particular project is working on a refurbishment of a high rise block of flats which is now at the stage of the rendering/external processes. Naturally, I am looking for an individual who has a high attention to detail of the final stages of projects. You must have an up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and you must have proficient experience with working on high rise projects, preferably within a social housing/affordable homes environment.
