Imaging Support Analyst

Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
- At least 3-years hands-on experience supporting and maintaining IBM FileNet and Kofax Encapture.
- At least 3-years minimum of hands-on support of Microsoft Server 2008 and Redhat Linux

Job Description: JOB SUMMARY
Administer the document imaging hardware and software platform consisting of IBM FileNet and Kofax Encapture software. Candidate must be familiar with the following technologies: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server 2008, Redhat Linux, and JBoss. The candidate will need to work closely with the implementation vendor as a liaison for all IT requirements and provide technical expertise. Monitor and manage the imaging environment and troubleshoot any issues related to access or performance. Perform software upgrades as needed and control patch management for all Servers. The candidate must be able to work with internal business units to support ongoing imaging requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Manage server issues that may arise from the application set consisting of IBM FileNet and Kofax Encapture.
- Support the install and troubleshooting of software updates and changes required in the application environment
- Troubleshoot application layer issues relevant to Microsoft Server 2008, Redhat Linux, and JBoss.
