IMAC Coordinator

Dedicated Technician/IMAC Coordinator needed for services to support Lab Computing Services at the client's Lawrenceville site. Work direction will be provided and managed by the leadership team with support from CompuCom Program Management. This role will serve as the technical and IMAC Coordination Lead for Operations working with team members, business capability managers, and project managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate IMAC across all sites
- Interact with external vendors and scientists for hardware and software compatibility
- Order equipment
- Creating Remedy/vITILize tickets for installations and disposals
- Work directly with site leads and team leaders
- Manage multiple spreadsheets and reporting status to team members

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with other technicians, scientists and vendors
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
