IL3 2nd / 3rd Line Infrastructure Support (SC Cleared)

2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer (IL3) to work for a global telecoms organisation.

Due to growth and new projects our customer is now seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience IL3.

The nature of the role will be to maintain, configure and deploying IL3 secure systems. You will be responsible for the day to day second and third level support of the IL3 Secure desktop estate and Secure Storage. Responsible for managing fault and IMAC Remedy queues within publishedSLA, Work closely with both onshore and offshore IT teams. Working as part of a team of 3, supporting the Secure services.

The ideal candidate will have strong Infrastructure support experience, coupled with strong IL3 experience. You will ideally be SC Cleared or willing to undergo security clearance processes.
