IL3 1st / 2nd Line Support - £200-250 per day - Leeds

1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer (IL3) to work for a global telecoms organisation.

Due to growth and new projects our customer is now seeking a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience IL3.

The nature of the role will be to maintain, configure and deploying IL3 secure systems. You will be responsible for the day to day first and second level support of the IL3 Secure desktop estate and Secure Storage. Responsible for managing fault and IMAC Remedy queues within published SLA, Work closely with both onshore and offshore IT teams. Working as part of a team of 3, supporting the Secure services.

The ideal candidate will have strong Infrastructure support experience, coupled with strong IL3 experience. You will ideally be SC Cleared or willing to undergo security clearance processes.
